1. Who we are Slipstream TCG is operated by Julian Pryce, a sole trader trading as Slipstream TCG. For trading, correspondence, returns, complaints or statutory notices, email support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk. We will provide the appropriate postal address privately on request. Throughout this page, “Slipstream TCG”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Julian Pryce trading as Slipstream TCG. 2. About these terms These terms apply when you purchase physical products directly from the official Slipstream TCG website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. 3. Products Slipstream is a physical trading card game. Booster packs contain randomly collated cards. Unless a product listing expressly guarantees particular contents: - Specific cards are not guaranteed. - Duplicate cards may occur. - Card rarity and pack composition are governed by the description displayed on the product page. - Product photographs and digital previews are illustrative. - Printed colours may vary slightly from digital previews because of differences between screens and physical printing. - Minor variations inherent to printing, cutting and packaging are not necessarily faults, provided that the product remains of satisfactory quality and materially matches its description. Slipstream products are sold as entertainment and collectible products. We do not guarantee their future availability, rarity, collectability or resale value. The Ignition release is limited to 500 booster packs across its stated distribution channels. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted. 4. Prices All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Booster packs cost £3.50 each for orders of 1–5 packs, £3.35 each for 6–11 packs, and £3.20 each for 12–20 packs. The applicable rate applies to every pack in that order. Slipstream TCG is not registered for VAT. VAT is therefore not separately charged. The complete product price and applicable delivery charge will be displayed before you submit your order. If we discover an obvious pricing or product-description error before accepting an order, we will contact you. You may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund. 5. Placing an order You may purchase between one and 20 booster packs in a single website order, subject to availability. After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. This confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. The contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where: - The product is unavailable. - Payment cannot be authorised. - An obvious price or description error has occurred. - The supplied delivery address is outside the area we serve. - We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. - The order exceeds a stated purchase limit. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method. 6. Payment Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes. Stripe may process payment details, contact information, billing information, device information and transaction information to process payments and prevent fraud. Stripe may collect information entered into its checkout even if the checkout is not completed. Stripe privacy documentation: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy 7. Delivery We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard website delivery costs £3.49 for orders of fewer than 12 packs and is free for orders of 12 or more packs and is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless another delivery service is stated during checkout. We aim to dispatch accepted orders normally within three working days. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within its published timeframe after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, goods will be delivered within 30 days after the contract is formed. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk immediately if you notice an error. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and may require the actual additional delivery cost before sending it again. Responsibility remains with us until delivery to you or your nominated recipient. If tracking shows a problem, contact support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk; your statutory rights do not depend on a claim against Royal Mail. 8. Cancelling before dispatch You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk with your name and order number. If processed before dispatch, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If already dispatched, the statutory cancellation procedure below applies. 9. Your right to cancel after delivery UK consumers purchasing online normally have the right to cancel without providing a reason. Tell us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods, or after the final shipment where an order is delivered in multiple shipments. Send a clear statement to support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk with your name and order number. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days. For returns, email support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk first and we will provide the return address privately. Unless goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct return cost. We recommend proof of postage and you remain responsible until delivery to us. 10. Opened booster packs Opening a booster pack does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right. You are responsible for reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. Opening a sealed pack reveals randomly collated contents and means it can no longer be sold unopened; we may deduct the actual reduction in value. Return all cards and the original wrapper. This does not restrict rights where the pack or contents are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. 11. Change-of-mind refunds When you validly cancel an entire order, we refund the price paid for returned goods and the least expensive standard delivery option. We may reduce the product refund for diminished value caused by unnecessary handling. We issue refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or satisfactory evidence of return, whichever happens first, normally through the original payment method. 12. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods We are legally required to supply goods of satisfactory quality, fit for normal purpose and as described. Contact support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk promptly if an order arrives damaged, cards or packs are missing, the wrong product is supplied, the product materially differs from its description, or the goods are otherwise faulty. Include your order number and the problem description. We will provide an appropriate remedy under UK consumer law, which may include replacement or refund. Consumers normally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Nothing limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 13. Complaints Email support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk with your name, order number and explanation of the issue. We will provide any postal address privately if needed. We aim to acknowledge complaints normally within two working days and provide a substantive response within ten working days. Complex matters may require additional time; if so, we will explain the delay and provide an updated timeframe. 14. Our liability We are responsible for foreseeable losses resulting from breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. 15. Intellectual property Unless stated otherwise, Slipstream TCG and its associated card designs, artwork, written rules, names, logos, website content and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Julian Pryce. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights. You may photograph and share products for personal, editorial, review, gameplay and fan-community purposes. You may not reproduce products commercially, sell unauthorised copies, or falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation. 16. Website availability and external links The Slipstream TCG website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare services. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary without affecting accepted contracts or statutory rights. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. 17. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain mandatory protections provided by the law where they live and may bring proceedings in courts available under applicable consumer law. 18. Changes to these terms We may update this page to reflect changes to the law, operations or website. The terms applying to an order are those presented when it was placed. --- Privacy Notice 19. Who controls your information The data controller is Julian Pryce, trading as Slipstream TCG. Contact: support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk 20. We do not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes. 21. Where information comes from We may receive information directly from you, from Stripe, from Royal Mail or another delivery provider, automatically through Cloudflare, or from someone ordering on your behalf or nominating you to receive delivery. 22. Why we use your information We use information to process orders, confirm payment, deliver products, send service communications, handle cancellations/returns/replacements/refunds, provide support, maintain tax and accounting records, meet consumer obligations, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, protect the website, prevent fraud, diagnose faults and protect our legal rights. The lawful bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests, as applicable. 23. Information required to fulfil an order We require your name, delivery address, email address and payment confirmation to fulfil an order. Without this information, we cannot accept or deliver the order. 24. Stripe Stripe processes payments on our behalf and may collect contact, billing, delivery, payment-method, transaction, device, browser, network, fraud-prevention and security information, including information entered even if checkout is not completed. Cloudflare Cloudflare hosts, delivers and protects the website and may process IP address, requested URL, date/time, browser/device, network and security information to deliver the site, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ 26. Who receives your information We disclose information only where reasonably necessary to Stripe, Cloudflare, Royal Mail and delivery providers, our email service provider, professional advisers, or courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information. 27. International processing Stripe and Cloudflare operate internationally. Where UK personal information is transferred internationally, the relevant provider must use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum or another legally recognised safeguard. 28. How long information is retained We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary. Order, refund, payment and accounting records may be retained for up to six years; customer-service and complaint correspondence normally up to two years after closure; security information for the period reasonably necessary; and information longer where needed for legal claims or obligations. Providers may retain information under their own responsibilities. 29. Marketing We do not currently use order information for promotional emails or operate an email-marketing list. Order confirmations, delivery updates, product-safety information and enquiry responses are service communications. Future marketing would require updated notice and consent controls. 30. Your data-protection rights Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to receive a copy, correct, delete or restrict use of information, object to legitimate-interest processing, receive certain information portably, and withdraw consent where applicable. Email support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk; identity verification may be required. We normally respond within one month. 31. Automated decisions Slipstream TCG does not independently make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing. Stripe may use automated systems for fraud prevention, payment authorisation and security under its own notice. 32. Privacy complaints Contact support@slipstreamtcg.co.uk first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or 0303 123 1113. 33. Changes to this privacy notice We may update this notice when services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version and revision date remain available on this page. --- Cookie Notice 34. Current use of cookies Slipstream TCG does not currently use advertising, behavioural-tracking or optional analytics cookies. Cloudflare and Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for security, fraud prevention, checkout and payment functionality. 35. Cloudflare security cookies Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies including "__cf_bm", used to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic and normally expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity, and "cf_clearance", used to remember a completed security challenge. They are used for security rather than advertising. 36. Stripe checkout technologies Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for secure payment processing, fraud detection/prevention, checkout, authentication and financial/regulatory compliance. Stripe controls technologies on its hosted checkout pages. Information: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy 37. If optional cookies are introduced, they will remain disabled until an appropriate choice is made and this notice and controls will be updated. --- Model Cancellation Form Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract.
